Yale’s Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library invites Festival goers to take a look inside one of the world's largest buildings devoted entirely to rare books and manuscripts.
Learn about the history of the building and its collections, how material is acquired and cataloged, and have a tour of the summer exhibition Encounters: New Small Collections at Beinecke Library.
In the Reading Room, meet with staff and see an array of collection materials selected to illustrate how researchers from around the world use the materials to make discoveries, find inspiration, and create new scholarship.
