Available Seasonal Positions
AUDIENCE SERVICES TEAM MEMBER
Start date: On or about June 9. Must be available for an orientation meeting.
End date: On or before June 27
Schedule: Hourly, TBD
Audience Service Team Members provide on-site box office and house management services at Festival events. Theatrical House Management and/or Box Office experience preferred. Must be calm and pleasant under pressure; genuinely welcoming, and always mindful of the safety and comfort of patrons. Must have excellent customer service skills, and be comfortable managing crowds. Must have the ability to manage teams of volunteer ushers, and quickly and accurately calculate, complete, and record ticket sales. Apply via the instructions below.

Available Full-Time Positions
DIRECTOR OF INSTITUTIONAL ADVANCEMENT
We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in fundraising and resource development to oversee and advance the Festival's contributed revenue and sponsorship efforts, with a concentration on expanding major gifts, broadening brand sponsorships, expanded individual and foundation giving, as well as launching an upcoming anniversary campaign. The Director of Institutional Advancement reports directly to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with the Festival’s Board of Directors as the primary staff liaison to various board committees. This position serves as a member of the Festival’s leadership team, comprised of the Executive Director; Director of Programming; Producer; Director of Marketing and Communications; and Managing Director.
