Mercy Quaye is a journalist, communications strategist, and founder of The Narrative Project, a firm dedicated to supporting mission-driven organizations. With over a decade of experience in journalism, public relations, and nonprofit advocacy, she has worked on issues like equitable education and social justice.

She is a columnist for Hearst Connecticut Media, a professor of digital journalism at SCSU, and Vice President for Communications with the Connecticut Society of Professional Journalists. A first-generation college graduate and passionate storyteller, she holds a bachelor’s in journalism and a master’s in public relations from Quinnipiac University.
