The Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) is working to reduce barriers to COVID-19 vaccination. Vaccination is the best protection against the COVID-19 virus, and that is why everyone 12 and older is strongly encouraged to receive this truly lifesaving vaccine. Please bring a health insurance card and photo ID if you have them, but it is not necessary to have health insurance or ID to receive the vaccine. No one will be turned away for lack of insurance or ID.
